Loyal Hair Therapy is an experience melded to invoke a relaxed state of mind and well being while delivering unsurpassed results every time you visit us.  We believe strongly in creating relationships with our guests, and establishing beauty regimens that are designed specifically for you, your hair and more importantly your lifestyle.  Your hair is the one fashion accessory that you wear every day, and often it is the one accessory that changes the least.  Our team of Hair Therapists are armed with the knowledge, skills and correct questions to ask you in order to develop a plan just for you.

Our team of Hair Therapists are dedicated to pursuing the leading edge of beauty innovation possible.  This not only means attending classes, seminars and advanced academies, but also watching every day culture closely.  By examining what is hot with current celebrities, and understanding classic principles of the past we are able to meld elements of style together ultimately creating an empowered you.

When ever a new team member joins us, we ensure that they are not only the correct fit for our organization, but they are given the tools to continually grow and succeed at what ever their dreams may be.  We believe that the only thing that limits success is mindset, and by providing coaching and solid business practices our team continues to reach for the stars.  As part of our initiative, all novice Hair Therapists must under go our non-negotiable 50 week advanced education program.  This program features hands on instruction with our senior styling team, written examinations and final ‘test outs’ on all areas of professional hairdressing.  At the end of our unique program, our Hair Therapists are prepared and excited to deliver services  with an LHT seal of approval.

Our technical services are crafted on the outside, but we understand that the bond we create with our guests is much deeper.  The end product is one small piece of the puzzle, in order to grow as people it is our mandate to continually benefit the community that supports us every day.  Loyal Hair Therapy as an organization prides itself in creating community partners to better the lives and hearts of our team, salon guests and the Okanagan.  Part of our initiatives include:
