Loyal Wooldridge, Creative Director

Creative Director, Loyal Wooldridge is driven to deliver a progressive and preeminent culture that permeates through all facets of Loyal Hair Therapy. It is his belief that although beauty services are crafted on the outside, it is the long lasting effect of confidence and individuality inside that have the greatest impact. His mission is simple: to create unsurpassed style while enabling salon guests to enjoy an extraordinary experience.

Through his travels internationally, Loyal brings heightened awareness as to what today’s salon visitors are searching for. Not only does he become inspired with new looks, fashion and culture but has developed an understanding of what new beauty opportunities are available to the Okanagan community. His goal is to not only ensure you receive a perfectly executed haircut, but to empower his team to deliver a result driven beauty regimen to benefit your far after you leave the salon.

Loyal’s passion for progression is deeply rooted into who he is as a person. Not only is he devoted to his own personal guests, but he sees it as his personal responsibility to coach his team to create consistent above average work every time. Outside of technical education, Loyal spends much of his professional development growing his leadership skills and improving his knowledge of coaching and growing others to achieve success. As a L’Oréal Professionnel Ambassador, Loyal has the privilege to educate stylists from other salons in the industry and also appears as a speaker periodically.  You can always catch him with Troy Scott on Fridays on Q103•1!

Loyal is an avid writer, and submits monthly columns to varying online mediums bringing a connection to beauty and everyday culture.  You can check out his monthly column here on Castanet.net.

He enjoys spending his time experiencing the finest things that life has to offer, preferably with a glass of champagne in hand. When the salon lights are dimmed and his laptop is turned off, you will probably catch Loyal on a flight on his way to another fabulous destination.

Of course, he is always available behind the chair to deliver spectacular results for both hair and make up. Loyal originally trained as a Make Up Artist with MAC Cosmetics, and offers applications for both weddings and special events.
