Creative Director, Loyal Wooldridge is driven to deliver a progressive and preeminent culture that permeates through all facets of Loyal Hair Therapy. It is his belief that although beauty services are crafted on the outside, it is the long lasting effect of confidence and individuality inside that have the greatest impact. His mission is simple: to create unsurpassed style while enabling salon guests to enjoy an extraordinary experience.
Through his travels internationally, Loyal brings heightened awareness as to what today's salon visitors are searching for. Not only does he become inspired with new looks, fashion and culture but has developed an understanding of what new beauty opportunities are available to the Okanagan community. His goal is to not only ensure you receive a perfectly executed haircut, but to empower his team to deliver a result driven beauty regimen to benefit your far after you leave the salon.
COLE PATTERSON
Education Director, Coleman Patterson has an outlook on professional technical development like no other. His passion is discovering new and innovative ways to not only make his guests feel great but relaying those techniques to the Loyal Hair Therapy team. Holding himself to the highest standard of quality and partaking in advanced education allows his skills to continually evolve.
As with all true artists, Coleman enjoys executing his specialties which he boasts to be Kelowna-fornia bright blondes and his infamous special occasion styles (up-dos). His boisterous and fun personality has entertained and exceeded the expectations of many bridal parties who fall in love with the work he creates for their monumental day.
Nicole Pidherny
Nicole Pidherny is committed to providing her guests with an above average beauty experience. Nicole was the first stylist to complete Loyal Hair Therapy's advanced education program when she began her career at the salon and has owned her position ever since. The impressive drive to continually reach new successes and amazing technical talent of the services she crafts have contributed to Nicole's ongoing progression.
After moving to the Okanagan in 2007, Nicole fell in love with the beauty of the valley and the people within it. She often spends time enjoying all the amenities that the region has to offer, or planning her next education based trip across Canada or the United States. A true fashion diva, Nicole recognizes that as the fashion industry is forever changing, so are the hairstyles that go along with it. It is her commitment to her guests that sit in her chair, to deliver the most current looks available both for the runway, or commercially.
Alycia Davies
Alycia's contribution to Loyal Hair Therapy is one of meticulous detail and understanding of her craft. Her calm personality, and dedication to consistently understand her guest's lifestyle allows her to create a signature image for those sitting in her chair. A true perfectionist, Alycia holds herself to the highest standard of expertise when artistically executing the most precision haircut or complex at home care regimen for hair health.
With this dedication of perfection also comes a true passion to continually learn and understand specifics of what her guests require in order to keep their hair healthy- and look amazing at home. Perhaps it is Alycia's ongoing interests of shopping and fashion and propel her forward to achieve new heights. During her time off, you will probably see her hiking the hills of Knox Mountain or snowboarding the slopes at Big White.
Michael Haffenden
Michael is the newest contributing personality to the LHT legacy. Immediately after completing his initial cosmetology training, he was asked to join the team for his personality and understanding of individuality and creativity. His satisfaction comes from inspiring those around him to accentuate their natural features and take each day as an opportunity to shine brighter then the day before.
This internal passion of being the best that you can be combined with advanced coaching and education has enabled him to attain new heights. As Michael continues his quest of accomplishments and exciting moments, he truly takes the time to acknowledge how much he adores life.
Sheldon Doege
Sheldon Doege is a true artist who is inspired by haircolour and is Loyal Hair Therapy’s key Colour Educator. Using his brushes as a magical tool to construct a customized colour placement that will not only work for your lifestyle, but will compliment your best and most beautiful features. Like a couture dress, Sheldon’s end results are designed especially for you, because you are unique.
Boasting over 17 years of professional experience in his field has enabled Sheldon to continually evolve and develop as a Colour Artist. The start to his career began working with and being trained by industry icon: Rosalind Satar where he developed a keen eye of colour design.
Melanie Stipdonk
Senior Stylist Melanie Stipdonk truly enjoys how beautiful she gets to make the world. Her artistry is crafted on the outside, but the influence of inspiration she finds while experiencing the world. Her past experience as a champion blowdryer and finishing artist has formed her passion for hair design.
Colour is another majour outlet for Melanie’s creativity. She is among a select few in Canada to have completed the Prestigious L’Oreal Professionnel Colour Specialist Degree, which could be deemed as a doctorate of professional hair colour. Above all Melanies passion to continually learn and develop her skill set has made her extremely knowledgeable in the recommendation of current styles that best suit her guests as they visit her chair.
